We have a strong reputation for successfully delivering Electrical and Instrumentation Operations and Maintenance support on the Rumaila Field in Southern Iraq.
We have supported the Rumaila Operating Organisation (ROO) continually since September 2013 and have built a strong and lasting relationship with the field Staff and Management teams who operate this fourth largest oilfield in the world.
Our Operations Support activities include: Provision of Specialised E/I Manpower and Equipment, Small and Medium sized E/I Construction and Rehabilitation projects for Brownfield plant and systems, Maintenance expertise, Calibration services, Materials provision and Projects Engineering Support.

Construction and Commissioning

We provide Construction and Commissioning services to our Major IOC clients across a large number of sites in Southern Iraq. We undertake Large Scale Construction, Completions and Commissioning services through our Frame Agreements and we also provide Construction, Completions and Commissioning services to clients through stand-alone project contracts.
Our workscopes include Fabrication of Plant Structures and Piping, Construction and rehabilitation of Tanks, Pipelines and Vessels, Civils - inclusive of Site preparation and Construction of Traditional Build and Modular Buildings, as well as Instrumentation and Power & Distribution Systems Construction, Test and Commissioning.
We are continually engaged in Large scale Brown Field Rehabilitation Construction projects covering full demolition and rebuild of Oil and Gas Processing facilities, as well as Brown field and Green field medium sized Construction and Commissioning projects focussed on enhancement of existing Oil and Gas Facilities.

We conduct calibration services using our calibration bench. Through our partnerships with international calibration services providers accredited by UKAS and NMI, we provide in-lab services such as:

♦ The new integrated electromechanical and instrumentation workshop within Rumaila zone has expanded the capabilities of IGCC to perform full fledge pipeline installation, repair, maintenance and process services. Supported by a well-trained and competent staff, available of specialized, advances equipment & tools, IGCC becomes capable of fabricating, installing, testing, commissioning/decommissioning, corrosion protection and bolting.

♦ In addition to the aforementioned Pipeline services, IGCC is performing all the ancillary works such us: preparation works (Surveying, Geotechnical, Access Road), ROW (Right Of Way), Stringing, Welding and all the associated civil works (Excavation, Sand Bedding).
